Participate in Governance

You can participate in on-chain Governance referenda on using Nova Wallet!
  1. 1.
    Open the Nova Wallet application.
  2. 2.
    Select the "Vote" tab.
  3. 3.
    Select the "Governance" tab.
  4. 4.
    Select your desired network.
  5. 5.
    Scroll down to view the "Ongoing" referendum.
  6. 6.
    Select the referendum which you wish to vote on.
  7. 7.
    Select "Read more" to read the markdown text information about the referendum.
  8. 8.
    Select the "Vote" button.
  9. 9.
    Input the amount of tokens that you wish to use for the governance vote.
  10. 10.
    Select your desired level of conviction. Note: ensure you pay attention to the "locking period".
  11. 11.
    Select "Aye" or "Nay".
  12. 12.
    Review all of the information on the screen.
  13. 13.
    Select "Confirm".
