How to apply for your Nova x Mercuryo Debit Card
Eligibility Criteria
Currently, Nova x Mercuryo Debit Cards are available for users in the EU. We are working on expanding region availability. To be eligible for opening a Debit Card, you must meet the following criteria:

Note: Currently, Nova x Mercuryo Debit Cards are available for people with a European Union residency. To pass the KYC process, you must submit a valid identity document, such as a passport or residence permit. You will also need to provide details of your address in the EU, and possibly a proof of address document.
Completed the identity/KYC process
You must complete the KYC process, which is listed in the section below. You cannot be issued a Debit Card until you have completed the KYC process.
How to Apply for your Nova x Mercuryo Debit Card
In the Nova Wallet app,
selectManage Debit Card from the Assets screen, and thenselectIssue card.When creating a new card, you will be prompted to
inputthe amount of funds (in EUR) you wish to fund it with. Before starting this process, it is recommended that you have at least 30 EUR of DOT in your Nova Wallet account.You will then be prompted to complete the KYC process, which requires you to submit a valid identity document and pass a liveliness check. If you submitted a valid (and legible) identity document and passed the liveliness check, the whole KYC process should take ~5 minutes.
After you complete the KYC process, Nova Wallet will prompt you to
sign a transactionto fund your Debit Card with the correct amount of DOT tokens.You will need to wait ~5 minutes for your Debit Card to be issued.
