These regions include Russia, Myanmar (Burma), Iran, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea. Additionally, your Debit Card may also not function in the following regions: Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Central African Replublic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yeman, and Zimbabwe.
