The following steps need to be carried out on your Polkadot Vault Device.
Open the Polkadot Vault application.
Select Add Key Set.
Select
Select Recover Key Set.
Input a nickname for your account, and select Next.

Input your secret recovery phrase and then Select Recover Key Set.
