Create a New Wallet

How to create a new wallet, and also how to add additional new wallets to Nova Wallet!

You can import your existing Polkadot (Substrate) and EVM (Metamask) accounts into Nova Wallet! See the "Import Wallet" page of this wiki for more info!
Create New Wallet:
1.Open the Nova Wallet application.
2.Select "Create a new wallet".

3.Input your wallet's nickname.

4.Select "I Understand" after reviewing the pop up warning message.
​
​
5.Make a copy of your Mnemonic Seedphrase.
​
​
6.Select "Continue".
7.Input your Mnemonic Seedphrase in the correct order.

Creating an Additional Wallet
If you would like to create an additional wallet, simply follow these steps:
1.Open the Nova Wallet application.
2.Select the identicon located at the top right of the screen.

3.Select the settings icon (cogwheel).
​
​
4.Select"Add wallet".
​
​
5.Select "Create a new wallet".
​
​
6.Input your wallet's nickname.
​
​
7.Select "I Understand" after reviewing the pop up warning message.

8.Make a copy of your Mnemonic Seedphrase.
​
​
9.Select "Continue".
10.Input your Mnemonic Seedphrase in the correct order.
