Ledger Nano X

Nova Wallet supports the Ledger Nano X hardware wallet. The Ledger Nano X connects to your mobile device via bluetooth. This is a cryptocurrency wallet which stores the user's private keys in a secure hardware device. The main principle behind this hardware wallet is to provide full isolation between the private keys and your computer or smartphone.

Ledger does NOT support every parachain – you should take care when transferring tokens such as DOT to a parachain when you are using a Ledger device. You should contact the individual parachain's team to ensure that you can sign transactions with Ledger devices on their parachain.

There are some features of Nova Wallet which are not supported by Ledger products.

It may be required for you to turn OFF airplane mode in order for you to initiate transactions with your Ledger Nano X.
