# Auto-balance Nodes

Most users will want to keep Auto-balance nodes enabled. Auto-balancing will connect you to the best node based on your location and other nodes' congestion, resulting in faster speeds when interacting with each blockchain.

1. Open the Nova Wallet application.
2. `Select` the **Settings screen**.
3. `Select` **Networks**.
4. `Select` the network that you wish to toggle auto-balancing for.
5. `Toggle` the Auto-balance nodes option either on or off.
