✏️Edit Custom ERC-20 Token

How to edit a previously added custom ERC-20 Token!

Be careful when adding custom ERC-20 tokens to your wallet. Ensure that you have properly verified that the contract address is the official/legitimate one.

It is very common for scammers to impersonate an ERC-20 token with a fake contract address in order to try to steal funds from you.

1. Open the Nova Wallet application.

2. Select the Assets screen and then select the manage tokens button

3. Select the Add token button at the top right of the screen.

4. Select the appropriate network.

5. Input the contract address - the symbol and decimals should then be automatically filled out if you have previously added this contract address.

6. Edit the token how you wish, for example, you can change the symbol, decimals, or the CoinGecko link.

7. Select Add token, and then you will receive a prompt that this token already exists, review it and then select Continue to edit that token.

8. The token will now be updated with the new information.
