Issue description — what happened?

You need to add any new networks that you would like to sign operations into the Polkadot Vault. For that, please use the Metadata portal link, scan "Chain spec" QR and then "Metadata" QR to add a new network to Parity Signer
You need to maintain updates for networks' metadata on your Parity Signer. Usually, every network does the runtime upgrade every 2-4 weeks, therefore before signing any new operation check that you have the latest version of metadata on your Parity Signer.
Cross-chain transfers — you need to have metadata for both networks (e.g. you would like to transfer DOT from Polkadot to Acala, in this case, you need to have both Polkadot and Acala networks in Parity Signer with up-to-date metadata)
